We have been engaged to study customer feedback from eighty million airline passengers movement through more than thirty airports. Social data analytics through millions of data set in the past two years showed significant opportunities to enhance customer experience. A series of campaigns and operational improvements were undertaken to reduce negative feedback in order to improve service quality standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

Infrastructure development without doubt triggers communication challenges from the public and local communities, where measuring public opinions and sentiment is crucial. Our experience in managing corporate reputation campaigns stems from our ability to categorically correlate consumer issues with other emotional behaviour triggers such as economic conditions and other circumstances.
